We want you to love your Imagine Dragons gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
